Supporting a B2B process requires working closely with your internal staff and
trading partners (customers, suppliers and value-added networks). If the B2B
process breaks down you need to determine where the process failed:

In your internal business application

In your internal interfaces

In your internal EDI software

In the communication process or software

In the trading partner's business application software or setup

In the trading partner's interface software

In the trading partner's EDI software.
Once it has been determined where the problem occurred it needs to be resolved
in a timely fashion.
