Supporting a B2B process requires working closely with your internal staff and trading partners (customers, suppliers and value-added networks). If the B2B process breaks down you need to determine where the process failed:

  • In your internal business application
  • In your internal interfaces
  • In your internal EDI software
  • In the communication process or software
  • In the trading partner's business application software or setup
  • In the trading partner's interface software
  • In the trading partner's EDI software.

Once it has been determined where the problem occurred it needs to be resolved in a timely fashion.
